I’m feeling a little emotional since this is my last week, but I just had to take a moment to thank Ms. Tara and Ms. V for being one of the best teachers I’ve had. They are incredibly patient and always take the time to make sure everyone truly understands the material. No matter what, they always there to support us and answer questions without hesitation. Ms. Tara has a way of making class feel comfortable and engaging, and honestly, the time goes by so fast because of how well she teaches. I truly enjoyed being in her class and feel so grateful that she was the one guiding me through this. Thank you, Ms. Tara, for your dedication, kindness, and for making such a positive impact on your students.

I am now a certified clinical medical assistant, and this School still continues to help me stay up-to-date on my skills and helps me through the social and professional situations with interviews and office politics. I am so grateful to Ms Shannon For always helping me and responding quickly with the advice as if she’s known me for years, such a Sweet and helpful person. Thank you all for getting me to this point and there for me for future help. Ms.V, Ms.K, Ms.C Ms.Courtney and at the time a new instructor came in who also worked as a cardiology office manager. ☺️ admissions, Mr. Rodger’s everyone thank you. Thank you thank you 🙏🏼

American Institute was the first school I could truly be myself. I have learned so much from my instructors. I'm confident that I'm leaving the Medical Assistant program with all the knowledge I need to succeed out in the field. I know I will be a great medical assistant because of the program and instructors here at American Institute. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. I'm sad to leave because it feels like home, we are a big family here. Ms.V, Ms.Keyonna and Ms.Tara are the best MA instructors ever! I’ve just completed my 7-weeks in the phlebotomy program. I was very nervous when I first started school but I’m super grateful and happy I continued. The staff members were so helpful, kind, and understanding, in particular, Mrs. Nicole! She is a true gem to American Institute! She is dedicated and passionate about her students and teaching us future phlebotomist. She made everyday a great learning experience, and with her supportive nature and experience, I passed my AMCA PTC Exam! Not only did I leave her classroom with every essential skill in phlebotomy, but I left with the confidence of knowing I’ll be an amazing phlebotomist!! I recommend the course to my friends because I know that with Mrs.Nicole as their phlebotomy teacher all will succeed. Thank You Mrs. Nicole!! Thank you American Institute!!

Just completed my 7 week phlebotomy course at American Institute! The staff at this school was always kind and welcoming at made me feel comfortable if I ever needed help or had any questions. Mrs. Nicole was an excellent instructor and helped me learn and understand what it takes to be a phlebotomist. She encourages all students to work hard and supports each and every one of us. I was able to pass the course and the AMCA PTC exam with flying colors and I couldn’t have done it without her as my teacher. I am truly going to miss this course and would definitely recommend this course and school to a family member or friend interested in phlebotomy with Mrs. Nicole as the instructor! I feel prepared to enter the field with everything I learned and was taught in this facility.
